This limited kawaii blue jellyfish phone charm is handmade and designed with love, please handle with care. It comes with pearls, glass beads and crystals.

Important note: These jellyfish charms are made of glass which makes it extra fragile. Please handle with extra care and love! Each piece is carefully hand made by me, giving each piece its unique detail & character. Therefore, please understand that no two items look exactly alike and all jewelry may vary slightly from each other making each piece uniquely whimsical.

Once an item is dropped off at Canada Post, Moonflower Studios is no longer responsible for the package and will not be responsible for a product replacement or refund if the item arrived damaged.

All items are nicely packaged in an elegant jewelry pouch, bubble wrapped for extra protection.

SHIPPING
Our turnaround time is generally 5 – 10 business days. This can change during peak seasons.

RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. • Once an item is dropped off at Canada Post and is shown as “in transit,” Moonflower Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package and will not be responsible for a product replacement or refund if the item is lost.

• If you have any shipping issues, please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number.

• There are times when Canada Post will indicate “delivered” before it is actually delivered. if this occurs, please wait 3 business days. If still undelivered, please contact Canada Post directly.
